To: Subscribers and Users of GPA’s CIBF Tariff No. 4

Effective October 1, 2011, the Georgia Ports Authority is increasing specific rates for services covered in the above referenced tariff.

Details on the rate increases are as follows:

Rule 34-310 Dockage
Increase of 1 cent per GRT. Also increasing rates for grain vessels in lay/idle berth status by 4%

Rule 34-315 Dock Maintenance
Increase of $10.00 per vessel

Rule 34-320 Line Handling
Increase of approximately 2%

Rule 34-325 Overtime
Increase of approximately 1.5%

Rule 34-335 Standby Labor
Increase of approximately 1.5%

Rule 34-343 Terminal Security Surcharge
Increase of 25 cents per linear foot per vessel call

Rule 34-350 Trimming
Increase of 1 cent per 2,000 pounds

Rule 34-360 Water
Increase of 3.5 % on the per ton rate, and 5% on the minimum charge

Rule 34-365 Weighing
Increase of $0.50 per truck or railcar

Rule 34-370 Wharfage
Increase of 2.9%

The new rates will be available for viewing at www.gaports.com no later than September 26, 2011.
